Quality Principles

We take quality and credibility as our lifeline to provide customers with premium products and sophisticated services. We also keep our promises in continuous innovation and improvement to push our quality at the forefront among peers.

We earnestly review and control every order to make them affordable, punctual, premium, thoughtful, and satisfactory. To do that, we require our team to thoroughly evaluate our employees, equipment, materials, methods, and environment and control every step and every detail, thus making sure every product delivered to customers is the best. We join hands with brand partners and empower them to use our technologies. We test not only INTEXT fabrics, films, thermal insulation materials and linings, but put high thresholds on the final products produced by these brands.

How we test

Every product produced with our technology is designed to provide you with the best possible performance and comfort. From the initial innovation in the laboratory to the demanding practical applications, we perform rigorous tests at every stage of the process.

1 Order and Contract Review

The INTEX team performs intensive demand and risk evaluation on every order no matter for domestic sales or exports. We convene team members to evaluate issues and risks to eliminate them in advance, and avoid the re-occurrence of similar issues and risks by learning from past lessons. We also run small-lot production to test our grey fabrics and the dyeing and finishing technology; run internal and third-party tests to ensure product performance and compliance; summarize all details and communicate with customers in advance.

2/Raw Material Control

We sign raw material supply agreements and quality agreements with all raw material suppliers, and reach consensus with them on the delivery date, quality, compliance requirements, specifications, processing technologies, labeling, packaging, warehousing, transportation, traceability, and change control. We give immediate response to any problem and customer complaint, avoid the delivery of any defect product, and control the source of grey fabrics.

3/Dyeing Control

The re-order strictly follows the confirmed formula and process. The formula and process of any new color must be confirmed by customers. Confirmation of color, hand feel, and fabric effect is required for every vat. Products are not allowed to enter the next stage until they are 100% conforming.

4/Finishing Control

The re-order strictly follows the confirmed formula and process. The formula and process of any new variety or new technology must be confirmed by customers. Confirmation of performance, color, hand feel, and fabric effect is required for every vat. Products are not allowed to be shipped until they are 100% conforming after the internal and external inspections.

5/Customer Service

Any customer feedback will be evaluated and replied, and consensus will be reached. Problems reflected in customer complaints are analyzed immediately to work out the solution. Being customer-centric, we pursue the goal of customer satisfaction.

Risk Assessment and Management

Follow-up: We call up the team to evaluate potential issues and risks before a new order begins, and run small-lot production to test our grey fabrics and the dyeing and finishing technology to ensure the conformity.

The purpose is to identify and address problems and risks, learn lessons from past products to avoid re-occurrence of similar problems and risks.
