The theme of this year's safety production month is "eliminate hidden dangers of accidents and build a strong safety line of defense". The job site is the top priority of safety management. Safety and security are my thoughts. In daily work, small risks and trivial matters must not be ignored, and attention should be paid to safety and prevention work first. In order to eliminate any risks, please pay attention to the following matters in daily work:
1. All employees should establish safety awareness, understand the safety hazards and requirements in daily work, and understand how to use fire extinguishers and fire hydrants;
2. All employees in the warehouse, office and sample room must turn off the electrical facilities before going off work every day, and check whether there is any abnormal situation to avoid potential safety hazards and safety accidents. Violators will be deducted and punished. If you find potential safety hazards, please communicate and report to the leader as soon as possible;
3. Keep the fire escape passage next to the elevator unobstructed, and leave more than one meter around the fire protection facilities in the warehouse. The pressure of the fire extinguishing equipment on the 3rd and 4th floors is normal and can be used normally; regularly check whether the water, electricity, electricity lines and equipment are in place. Normal and safe state, saving electricity and water;
4. Check whether the doors and windows are closed before leaving work, and do not allow forklifts to be charged unattended or after get off work;
5. It is forbidden to connect electricity at will. Before using high-power electrical equipment, evaluate the risk first, and prohibit open flames or high-risk operations. If high-risk operations are involved, they must be strictly implemented in accordance with relevant national regulations;
6. The elevator is strictly prohibited from overloading and illegal operation;
7. Do not drink or drive while driving; personal cars are not allowed to be parked in the prohibited area of ​​the factory;
8. The battery car must have complete licenses, abide by traffic rules, do not drive on motor vehicle lanes, do not speed or drive at high speed, the battery should be replaced in time if it is aging for a long time, and it should not be charged in places that are prone to fire. Overheating can cause serious consequences such as fire.
9. Battery cars are not allowed to be parked in prohibited areas (such as the area near the downstairs), and it is forbidden to charge the battery by pulling the wire without permission. Violators will be deducted and punished;
10. If there is a slight collision or conflict with others inside and outside the company or on the road, shops, restaurants, etc., do not impulsive cause serious personal injury, impulsiveness is the devil, it is recommended to choose to report to the police for handling;
11. Smoking and discarding cigarette butts are prohibited in warehouses and production areas. The cigarette butts must be extinguished before discarding;
12. Don't overeating, drink moderately to socialize, and work and rest regularly;
13. In the event of a robbery, personal safety is a priority, and the property should be given to the other party and then reported to the police;
14. Respect the warning signs in public places, never take risks with yourself, good safety awareness and compliance with the rules are very important;
15. Remind the whole family to pay attention to the safe use of hazardous chemicals, electrical appliances and gas at home and in public places, and cultivate the awareness of safety and risk control, especially the safety control of children at home during holidays;
16. In other high-risk situations, personal safety is the first consideration, and property and others can be given up first;
17. Be aware of safety precautions in advance when you go out to do errands and travel, prepare standing medicines, etc., maintain a good personal code of conduct, especially observe traffic rules when traveling by yourself, and respect the customs and requirements of the destination;
18. Report to management personnel as soon as possible safety hazards are found.
